It seems like such an easy thing to do, yet so few people really do it these days. I believe that when you follow through and honor your commitment to your clients, you earn your reputation as a competent professional, and people will recommend you. It is just that simple. Reputation is everything, and you only get one chance to create it. My objective is not to be a "salesperson". I choose to look at at my client's goals, not the commission I may receive. Even if it will cost me the sale, I believe it is more important that my clients have the accurate information they need to make an informed decision, the decision that is right for them.
