Some moments are too special not to share!

Just two weeks after purchasing their homesite at Lago Vista, one of our new owners proposed on the very property where they will someday build their lake home.

And what makes the story even sweeter? His parents recently purchased the lots next to theirs. As they begin planning their homes, they're also creating a place where family can gather, memories can be made, and future generations can enjoy lake life together.

It's stories like these that remind us that Lago Vista is about so much more than land. It's about creating a place to slow down, connect, and enjoy the moments that matter most.

Exciting things are happening at Lago Vista! Construction is officially underway on a beautiful custom home on lot 1!

One of the best parts of this journey is watching owners bring their visions to life and seeing this community continuing to grow.

Homesites are now starting at $40,000, with several lots recently adjusted.

Lot sizes range from 1.3 to 2.7 acres, with options for lake views or private wooded settings.

With more lots now under contract, it's been encouraging to see continued interest from buyers planning their place near the lake.

One of the things I appreciate about Lago Vista right now is the variety taking shape.
Different designs. Different materials. Homes built around the lot and the lake views, not pulled from the same template.
