Let’s talk about something no one wants to talk about, but is so so so important to know. ALL real estate professionals are required by law to follow Fair Housing laws. It is your right as a citizen to live where YOU feel comfortable, not where your Realtor or anyone else thinks is best for you.
This weekend was the 58th anniversary of the Civil Rights Act and it remains just as monumentally important today as it was then. The more you know, the better you can advocate for yourself. Education is empowerment.

October market update ⚡️
Inventory is up, but so are sales. We love to see it.
Days on market is down 5.3% (so go see that house you like!)

I think this engine is slowly gaining some momentum 🚂

Let’s talk shop. Recent higher transaction volume combined with significantly lower mortgage rates suggest the market is making a shift toward increased competition for buyers. As always, let me know if you want me to break it down by area of town- different areas can often perform drastically different.
Happy Halloween, everybody, don’t get scared, get informed 🎃
