Let’s talk about something no one wants to talk about, but is so so so important to know. ALL real estate professionals are required by law to follow Fair Housing laws. It is your right as a citizen to live where YOU feel comfortable, not where your Realtor or anyone else thinks is best for you.
This weekend was the 58th anniversary of the Civil Rights Act and it remains just as monumentally important today as it was then. The more you know, the better you can advocate for yourself. Education is empowerment.
