Chicken tetrazzini
2 cans of cream of mushroom
1 can of cream of celery
2 cans of cream of chicken(I didn’t have it)
1 pack of chicken breast family sized is what I had.
1 pint of chicken stock
1box of noodles of your choice.
If want to make your own chicken stock you can, although I brought a pint of stock I still made my own 🤣🤣🤟🏾🥳
Chicken stock
I pot of water it’s we big pot, maybe a Quart I don’t know so don’t ask
Fill mid way with water
Add seasonings of your choice
NO SALT!!
Because of your can soup mixes you dont need the extra salt
Bring that to a boil.
I didn’t season my chicken because my water was seasoned enough.
RINSE YOUR CHICKEN!!
Add the chicken to the pot and let it boil on medium
In a SEPERATE bowl mix your soup mixes together
Once your chicken is done cooking let it rest in the water(stock) 5-10 mins
Once you shredded your chicken or cut it up.
DONT THROW YOUR STOCK AWAY,put a little in a cup to add to soup mixture and chicken.
While your chicken is resting start the water for the pasta.
RINSE AND DRAIN!
Add everything to your bowl and mix.
Place into a pan of your choice, top with cheese if you choose
PLACE IN THE OVEN ON 350 for 10-20 mins until the cheese is melted and edges a lil crispy
That stock save it for something else!!
