🚨 12-YEAR-OLD BOY VANISHES IN DETROIT — FAMILY DESPERATE FOR ANSWERS 💔

He’s only 12. A bright, smiling boy who should be safe at home but instead, Diondre Conerly Jr. is missing, and his family is terrified.

Diondre was last seen on October 18, 2025, leaving his home in the 15100 block of Winthrop, Detroit, Michigan, and never came back. According to police, he left without permission and hasn’t been heard from since.

He was last seen wearing a teal shirt and gray jeans. At just 5'5" tall and 140 lbs, with brown eyes and black hair, his loved ones are pleading for anyone who’s seen him to speak up.

It’s a bitter sweet moment for Excel Title & Escrow and our real estate family. This will be the first full week of Terita’s retirement. Terita was a very important part of our team and we will miss her dearly. Yet, we are so excited for her to enjoy this next chapter of her life. We’re actually a little jealous.
