Marcy was excellent in helping me sell my fathers house. She made all the arrangements for necessary repairs, suggested an estate sale, which I never considered until she made the suggestion. This allowed me to defer some cost of the repairs. She was also very timely in keeping me informed of the progress of the repairs and updated me regularly on the sale of the home. In closing I would highly reccomend her to any one needing an agent.
