Tremendous progress continues at one of our rising star properties, The Willows at Shelby Farms. After acquiring the property in 2021, CLK Multifamily Management began working on a property-wide unit-renovations project. This project included upgrades to all 464 residential units, including luxury finishes, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, modern cabinets, vinyl plank flooring, in-unit washer/dryer machines, and updated bathrooms. Another fine community to compliment the CLK family!
