You can come by appointments only! The office is open from Monday - Friday from 10am until 4pm! The deposit is 750.00 and you are required to pay a full first Month rent up front and depending on when you move in...your second month rent will be prorated. No criminal back ground, no recent or outstanding evictions! (If you have one an eviction from maybe 3 or more years ago...you may have a chance. Depending on the outcome of the eviction). We ask that you have been employed over 6 months on your recent job. We also ask that you make at least 3 times the rent. For any more question, you can call the office at 901-337-0300. Thank you!
