I had a great time earlier this week introducing my new friend Kathy to my old friend Mike while closing on her new home here in Memphis!

We worked long distance for quite a while to find and acquire the perfect property for her. All it took was a little time and persistence!

Your home is more than just a little building that you sleep in at night.

It meets those fundamental needs, sure; but, it is also an investment vehicle asset, a point of personal pride and satisfaction, and a psychological safe harbor from the outside world.

Currently, there are still Real Estate transactions occurring, and that's great. But, if you're thinking about a move either in the very near future or into next year, I'm asking you to take all factors into account. This includes local market conditions, interest rate projections, your own timetable needs, etc.

I've left marketing myself as a Realtor alone since the beginning of our current health and economic crises. The last thing I want to do is attempt to capitalize on potential clients' fears about the near term. That doesn't mean that I don't continue to watch, analyze and learn from the daily fluctuations and observations of veteran Agents and Brokers.

I firmly believe that this country will recover, stronger in many ways than before (you get to "fill in the blanks" on that one) and that as individuals, we will inevitably prosper from the experience.
