Then the choices start coming fast. Each one seems small, but together they shape your budget and your future options.

What most buyers don’t realize is that builder contracts are written with the builder in mind. 💸

That means you need someone focused only on protecting you and helping you decide what’s actually worth it.

When you have your own agent, you get to avoid regrets and keep your flexibility intact. ✅ I’ve helped Buyers of new construction negotiate closing costs, repairs, and a low appraisal, to name just a few…and most builders will cover the Buyer’s agent’s fee. I can help negotiate that too! It’s important for every Buyer to have their own representation, even with new construction.
