It is always good to be willing to help others even if there is no real immediate gain, you never know when it might come back around for your benefit, Example: Met an investor on BP a few years ago, we spoke regularly and I offered advice but he ended up buying from someone else at that time. Fast forward to a few months ago, he was ready to sell. Wanted me to be his selling agent bc he trusted me and appreciated all my help over the years!

What will it take for you to make a real change in your life? Depending on where you are at in life that could be many things. I enjoy the freedom of working for myself, not reporting to anyone, being my own boss, working my own hours, being there for my wife and kids, going on vacation, and not having to put in that request 5 months in advance, paying for the vacation with no debt, silently helping others in need, providing for my family in ways my previous career never could, building a portfolio of rental homes that when paid off will be more incredible than we could have ever paying off debt, and the list goes on. These are just some of the things that real estate has done for me and my family. You have to see that you are meant for great things. It all starts with self-belief. If you can't see it, this is where you need to start.
