Realtors........ Let’s Talk About It…
One of the biggest challenges in real estate isn’t just finding the right Buyer or Seller, it’s dealing with unqualified Buyers and Real Estate Agents who don’t do their due diligence.

I’m running into this more and more lately.......Buyers submitting offers with contingencies that aren’t realistically in place and Agents failing to properly guide them. Just recently, I had a Buyer make an offer that was contingent on selling their home… except their home wasn’t even on the market. 🤦🏽‍♂️ After counteroffers and wasted time, they backed out, just as I suspected from the start.
This isn’t just frustrating for Agents, it wastes Sellers time, Buyers time, and even the Agent’s time.

Buyers: Before making an offer, be truly ready. If your purchase depends on selling your home, that home should already be listed or better yet, under Contract!

Agents: Do your homework. If your client isn’t financially positioned to move forward, don’t submit offers and negotiate deals that won’t close. A strong Agent educates and prepares their clients before stepping into a transaction.

I take pride in making sure my Clients are prepared before we submit offers. Sellers deserve serious Buyers and Buyers deserve knowledgeable representation.
