NAREB 2026 Mid Winter Conference! We had the honor of hearing from the first African American Mayor in Tulsa, Oklahoma on yesterday. The honorable Mayor Monroe Nichols. These moments of reflection and hearing stories of resilience and determination only reinforces who we are. Yes Black Wallstreet was destroyed in the massacre of 1921, 35 blocks of thriving businesses, over 600 homes burned down, hundreds lost their lives-but it was rebuilt.
