Tanis manages and leases over 400,000 sq ft of commercial, flex and office space in the Memphis area in addition to handling acquisition and disposition of the properties and project management on construction and renovations. Licensed in both Tennessee and Florida, Tanis has been providing real estate brokerage and consulting services for over 16 years. She graduated from the University of Alabam

a with her major in Finance, concentrated in real estate and earned her CCIM, (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2006. Over the years, Tanis has served on numerous boards including President of CCIM Memphis chapter, Secretary/Treasurer of MAAR Commercial Council (Memphis Area Association of Realtors) and President of MAAR Commercial Council and continues to serve as a committee member on the Commercial Council/Make-A-Wish golf tournament each year.
