Chris Meyer helped us find our house 23 years ago and he went out of his way to see that we found our true home. Time came to sell the house and move to another state so naturally we thought of Chris. Chris helped us with some decisions that were time consuming and difficult while we were out of state. He is the most patient and understanding man, he handled everything so well and professionally. Chris made some suggestions to make sure our home was well prepared for the next family and the suggestions were most appreciated. Chris took great pictures and represented our house so well. Within 2 days our house had numerous offers. Communication was daily, even when we were concerned about a big ice/snow storm Chris was already at the house turning off water and checking on things. Finally our home of 23 years was sold. Chris wasn't just our agent but a trusting friend who made buying and selling our home the best experience. I honestly cannot think of even one thing that Chris, or Crye-Leike, could have done better. Working with Chris was a wonderful experience. He was professional and personal at the same time. Although ours was not a “big sale,” I never felt like we were “just one more client.” I felt like he really cared about us. Given the condition of the house and its neglect, this house could have turned into an albatross. However, Chris was able to negotiate the best possible deal under the circumstances. My sister and I were both very pleased with the outcome.

Although I was at the other end of the state, I had complete confidence in Chris, his decisions, his judgments, his advice. I appreciated his keeping me constantly informed through email, text, and phone calls. He patiently walked me through all the electronic paperwork. Chris was always careful to point out that any decisions were mine to make and that he would follow them even if I disagreed with what he recommended. I appreciated this attitude, although it wasn’t necessary since he and I thought along the same lines and I always agreed with his viewpoint.
