✨ JUST SOLD!✨
This home is a special one + sold in multiple offers over list price… quickly! When my friends contacted me take over their listing after a long time trying to sell it, all it took is some fresh marketing, removal of a couch 😅, + a small price adjustment. I don’t have a magic wand… this home sold itself. 🪄🪄 Timing was right for the perfect buyers + the sellers knew just what to do to ensure a smooth sale. 💥 Congrats to all!
Thank you Cait + Matt! ❤️

My beautiful girl turned T E N on 8.26.26 🎀
Somehow we are in double digits. This age is a whirlwind between still being our little girl but growing into a little lady. Behind these gorgeous blue eyes is a heart full passion that is nurturing, creative, persistent, + loved. I know this little lady of ours has big things in her future!
Keep dancing + spreading your light! I love you, my Char🌟
