Just a heads up if you arent a home owner yet, we just raised the minimum credit score we will allow for renting a property to 620 And are now requiring first, last, and a security deposit along with 4 times the monthly rent in income. Basically, if you can't qualify to buy it you no longer qualify to rent it anymore.
