REAL ESTATE UPDATE 2018

2015 to 2017 were ideal years for real estate sales. My business consisted of working with equal numbers of buyers and sellers. There were enough houses for buyers to purchase, and enough sellers who wanted to sell.
The market changed this year. I have approximately 5 buyers who are ready, willing, and able to purchase a home, but there is a shortage of inventory. When a house hits the market, multiple offers arrive in the seller’s agents’ hands almost immediately. Getting offers submitted very quickly is the key, but it is sometimes difficult to deliver the “winning” offer with so many other offers arriving simultaneously.
If you or anyone you know is thinking about SELLING, now is an incredible time. Please keep me in mind if you hear of someone.
