**This is a fulltime position** Property Management Co looking for someone to carry out property inspections, take pictures, scope of work needed and perform some light maintenance on properties as well. Project manager will be responsible for making out scope of work on properties, relaying that info to the office in writing, overseeing major repairs and ensuring all work has been completed. Other field operations include checking properties, occupied and vacant all over the mid-south area and running general errands for the office. Keeping up with receipts and writing out repair orders for repairs performed by project manager. Candidate should have considerable knowledge of homes, home repair, operation of home systems and good knowledge of property construction.
