I don’t just hammer a sign in the yard and call it a day.

And honestly, you shouldn’t hire an agent whose only approach is that.

Instead, hire someone who has a custom marketing plan for each home they list. This shouldn’t be a copy-paste approach - but a customized plan with money behind it to fuel the fire.

I spend nearly $1,000 of my own money on each home before it even hits the market. Making sure that each home is professionally photographed with an eye-catching video is important to me. It should be important to you, too! This is a risk I’m willing to take because I know that my marketing works.

This summer has been personally difficult for me in some mighty ways. Truly the hardest 3 months of my entire life. Not even close. But what I want to share is that God has, in His kindness, allowed me blessings and encouragement in the midst of the hard. This is one of them…we currently have 10 families under contract. This is in addition to our recent closings and in addition to the active buyers and listings we have. Being busy has been hard in some ways, and a welcomed distraction in other ways. Being able to help others in the midst of hurting…it produces gratitude. And a wise man recently told me that gratitude leads to joy. So I choose to be grateful. I’m so grateful that you all keep choosing us. I’m so grateful to clients and friends who encourage me. I’m grateful for a business partner who holds me up when I want to fall down. Im grateful to my family who loves me. I’m grateful to a God who is the giver of all these things. Keep choosing us. We are ready to serve you 🩷
