So happy for my seller to be able to sell her home and move on to her next incredible journey 💕

I love getting to sell houses in my neighborhood because I get to sell the lifestyle I have come to love so much. This one was a special experience because it showed that hard work and patience pays off!

We spent a lot of time and effort getting this house ready for market. It was picture perfect inside and out - and it paid off! We were able to sell it for the highest price per sq ft in the neighborhood, because prelisting work makes a difference!!!

May was a busy month, and I’m incredibly grateful for the amazing clients who trusted me with some of life’s biggest transitions. ❤️🏡

In summary:
✨out of town buyers moving sight unseen to their new house! This is a scenario that I actually enjoy the most, although it’s a lot of pressure making sure they feel confident in their decision. But with lots of videos and face timing, we always find the best home to start their new memphis life

✨first time homebuyer looking to settle down for a growing family. Again another scenario I love is first time homebuyers. It’s such a reward helping them to navigate the overwhelming process, make one of the biggest financial decisions they will ever make, and find a house they love!

✨investment property! This was another first time purchaser for an investment property. His mission is near and dear to my heart with the opening of a sober living house to support men struggling with addiction. I can’t wait to see the incredible work he does. Buying investment properties is an incredible way to diversify your portfolio with passive income. I would love to talk more about this!

Having someone you trust to take care of your largest asset while you are hundreds of miles away is so important and we were happy to do it!

✨NOW LICENSED IN AR✨

I’m so proud to share a personal career milestone — I am now officially licensed in Arkansas!
This one feels especially meaningful because it truly brings everything full circle. While Memphis has always been home base, part of my heart has always belonged to Arkansas.

Some of you may not know my history: I grew up in the country, just outside of Hughes near Horseshoe Lake, where days were spent roaming cotton fields, driving dirt roads, and visiting my dad’s catfish farm. Being so close to Horseshoe, we often spent afternoons on the lake with friends. Weekends often took us to Heber Springs to visit my grandparents — filled with more sunshine, boat rides, and love for The Natural State.
After St. Mary’s, I attended the University of Arkansas, where I built lifelong friendships and met my husband. Following graduation, Memphis brought me back, but Arkansas never let go. Working for my family’s company, Aromatique, based in Heber Springs for 7 years kept me traveling back and forth across the state. My Arkansas Real Estate License is now being held with my cousin, Pam Capps’ West Memphis based firm: Post House Properties, another bonus to continue to work with family 💙

To now have the opportunity to serve clients in both Tennessee and Arkansas, in the places that mean the most to me, is truly an honor.

Santa’s Elf had been busy this December!

3 closings this month has been a whirlwind but I am so thrilled for my clients to be able to close out the year with their real estate goals being complete! 🎄✅🏡

I had the opportunity to work with some friend agents on 2 of the transactions plus a co-list with one of my brokers. Always an added bonus getting to work with friends ☺️

This year’s market has been interesting and unexpected, but patience, connections, and hard work always paid off!
