Hi Everyone! Been a minute since I posted but I feel like now is as good a time as any to share something I should have a long time ago....a client testimonial!! Have a read, and be sure to call me if you want this level of care and value when selling your home!!
I feel awful for not writing this review sooner, because Albert was a great agent... but here it is!
Albert helped us sell our home back in November 2019. We had a tight timeframe, as we were moving across the country to start a new job in the following weeks. We needed our asking price, and we needed it fast.. Albert made it happen. After 1 open house + 2 showings, our house sold. If I remember correctly, it only took 1 week. We got our asking price, the terms we wanted, and our timeframe was met (much stress relieved for us). We immediately got several offers that didn’t meet all of our desired demands, and Albert never pushed us to accept a quick offer. We ultimately got what we wanted. Albert was a very attentive agent; he was always there and answered the phone each time we had a question or concern, even while he was recovering from a painful surgery. At one point, the buyers weren’t agreeing to all of our terms, and Albert somehow worked it out with their agent to get us what we wanted. Additionally, Albert personally came to the house and handled some drywall/sanding/painting at the last minute...this was our job, not his, but he did it with a smile. He was professional, but also seemed like a friend to us during the process, and even has followed up with us to see how we’re doing since we moved away. We highly recommend Albert. He is a kind man, and was a great agent who got the job DONE. Hope you’re doing well, Albert!
