This home has been completely renovated. The mechanical systems have all been replaced. A new five-ton Trane HVAC system has been installed and balanced for maximum efficiency. A new water heater has also been recently installed. The plumbing throughout the house has been replaced with PEX. The roof was replaced in July of 2025. The entire house has been completely re-wired with copper wiring. The new insulated windows are energy efficient, sound deadening, and are covered with plantation shutters. The kitchen is well appointed with new Kitchen Aid appliances, quartz countertops, new cabinets, and a pot filler. Both bathrooms have been renovated with double sinks and granite countertops. The carport was converted to a garage with workshop. The exterior siding was replaced with Hardiplank, and exterior walls have all had upgraded insulation for premium efficiency.Call me to hear all about this wonderful property!
