The market is still busy so please keep that in mind when writing your contracts. Especially summer when home inspector families are taking vacations too. You will need to put a minimum of 7 days ….but 10 is ideal for your inspection timeline.

Please remember to confirm that the seller has not winterized, or cut the water, from the house before we come to inspect it. We will not turn the water on. We require that the seller or their agent be responsible for all utilities and water being turned on and available for our inflection.

Remember to check with the listing agent before scheduling your home inspection this time of year. Many vacant homes are being winterized right now. You need to make sure that the utilities are fully turned on, including water and gas so that we may do a thorough inspection for you.
