UNDER CONTRACT!

Some homes fly off the market in a weekend and others take a little time...and as a Seasoned Realtor I undersstand that real estate works in waves and that’s perfectly okay! This one took a minute to get under contract, but we stayed the course, watched the market, and made strategic moves that aligned with today’s conditions. The truth is, the market will always tell us what it’s willing to pay. While we knew the value of this property especially with the current upgrades brought to the table, current demand painted a different picture; so we adjusted, remained flexible, and moved with the market, not against it. The end result? A win for my seller and a new journey ahead for the buyer! With real estate, it’s not just about listing...it's about strategy, patience, and pivoting when needed. Proud of my seller for trusting the process!

Happy Real Estate Anniversary to me! Year 19 as a Realtor, Year 17 as a Broker/Owner. I'm so thankful to be able to celebrate such a milestone. Over the last 19 years, I've seen the market crash ( 2 years after we opened 4 Success), I've seen short sales thrive, I've seen an over saturated market of foreclosures, I've seen the average time on market go from 45 days to 45 minutes, I've seen bidding wars, I've seen a lot but yet I still stand. Sometimes a 9 to 5 sounds appealing but what would the people do without "Deborah is my Realtor", I'll wait.. snickering. Love you guys and thanks for 19 years of bliss.
