🚨STARTING @ 205 No Morrow St-Mena, AR @ 1:00pm then will go Down Hwy 71 So. and sell those units at approx 3:00pm
We will START at U-lockits on Morrow THEN proceed south on Hwy 71, selling units at faicilities along the way South to DeQueen, Arkansas and sell those units at Approximately 3:00 pm.
Storage Unit (s) at the following storage facilities are being sold for the non-payment of storage charges, as per the laws governing the foreclosure of self storage units in the local jurisdiction where the facility is located. The tenant of the foreclosed unit has the right to pay, in full, the delinquent charges up to the time of the sale of the unit. The sale of abandoned units and units surrendered by the tenants may also be included in the auction.
Please note that the Storage Facility Operators reserves the right to cancel any of the facility auctions or withdraw any units, any time, without notice, and for any reason, whatsoever. This is a CASH ONLY sale, and payment is due IMMEDIATELY when you buy a unit. There is no time to leave and get money. We do NOT accept checks, credit cards, cashier checks, or traveler’s checks. JUST CASH. You are bidding on the entire contents of each unit. We will unlock and open the door to each unit. You will have just a few minutes to look at the contents from OUTSIDE the unit. You may not enter. A flashlight would be helpful. Bring your own lock. The entire contents of the unit will be sold, and the winning bidder MUST take everything out of the unit, leaving it EMPTY & broom-swept. You may not use the dumpster on site. You will have 24-48 hours removal. Due to People NOT cleaning Out Units properly, there WILL be a 50.00 deposit required per unit. Money will be returned upon inspection of Unit by Manager!
Some units may not be available if they are redeemed befor auction time.
