Today is our maintenance supervisor's last day here at Park Hill Lane. After 12 years of his commitment to our property, he is growing in a new direction.
We would like to wish him the very best in his endeavors. Thank you, Josh, for all you've done for us over the years. You will be missed!

We have just received a letter from the North Pole. Santa will be visiting the village on Sunday December 11th.

For the most up to date location of Santa and The Grinch please make sure to follow us and look out for the updates.

We are also working with the Menands PBA in collecting new and unwrapped toys for Toys for Tots.

The Menands PBA, in conjunction with the Village of Menands and the Menands Fire Department will be hosting a Trunk or Treat event at Ganser-Smith Memorial Park on Sunday, October 30th at 2:00 pm! The annual Halloween Parade kicks off at 1:45 pm, so make sure to stop by with the kiddos and have some fun! If you are interested in having your vehicle being a part of the trunk or treat, please have your vehicle decorated and at the park by 1:30 pm. Beginning this week, students will be returning to and we would like to stress the importance of school bus safety, and for drivers to remain observant to several school buses that will be operating in the morning and afternoon hours.

Did you know that failing to stop for a school bus with flashing red signals is a serious offense? Please see the below section of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law regarding stopping for school buses.

*VTL § 1174(a): A driver who meets or overtakes a school bus (from either direction), that has stopped to receive or discharge any passengers, and which has at least one flashing red signal lamp, must stop their vehicle before reaching such school bus.*

We would like to thank everyone for the vigilance and cooperation as we look to keep our students and travelers safe on the road.

We are going back to back with concerts this week. The weather has cooled off a little, but the food and music will be hot!!

Tonight starting at 6pm, is the All Paul Show. Followed by the make up date for the New York Players on Wednesday, the 10th.

We hope to see all of you this week, where we will be serving food and beverages up in the pavilion.
