🏠 WHAT IS A MAINTENANCE YEAR? 🏠

During a maintenance year, assessors focus on updating property records for physical changes that have occurred to properties, including:

✔ New construction
✔ Additions or remodeling
✔ Demolitions
✔ Parcel splits or combinations
✔ Classification changes
✔ Other physical property changes

Not every property will see a change in assessed value during a maintenance year. The goal is to ensure property records remain accurate and assessments remain fair and uniform throughout the municipality.
