Great News for Menasha 👏👏👏

Last night the Common Council approved a development agreement to reimagine the 130 Main Street building. The proposal from two local developers includes adding a 4th floor to the building. The bold plan transitions the mostly vacant office building into 14 residential units with about 5,000 sq feet of commercial space on the first floor. Some of the residential units include lofted 2 level units with outdoor space.

It's an exciting project that is proposed to start construction in January and be completed in the fall of 2022.
