An interesting story about a crazy hot market and the power of the exclusive listing in real estate. The lucky buyers of this home found my listing on exclusive before it was listed as a coming soon. They moved quickly and presented a very aggressive offer which my sellers could not ignore. We accepted the offer although the home had not hit the market. There were higher offers when it did go active, but my sellers were committed to working with the first buyers and they are now happily under contract! They owe this to their very savvy agent who found it off market. If you want to be successful in this market you need to work with an experienced agent. All those who waited for it to show up on Zillow were too late.
