Things I don’t care about as your Realtor:

1.If your house is cluttered. I’m looking at the bones of the home, not the pile of papers on the counter.
2. If you text me about a home past 9 PM. I’ll respond in the morning.
3. If you want to see 30 homes. It’s your largest investment.
4. If you’re a first time buyer and don’t know anything. That’s literally my job.
5. If you ask the same question three times. I’d rather you understand than pretend you do. And if I don’t have the answer for your question, I promise I’ll find it.
6. If your budget isn’t huge. Every client deserves great service regardless of the price.
7. If your kids come to showings. They’re moving too.
8. If you decide not to buy. I’d rather you make the right decision than a rushed one. And we’ll talk when the time is right.

Just closed. 🤍 Congratulations to my sellers!

From our very first meeting, we sat down and talked through their goals, what they hoped to walk away with financially, and what this next chapter would mean for their family. After that first meeting, I never pressured them. I simply continued checking in, answering questions, and letting them know I would be ready whenever they were. Months later, when the timing felt right for them, we hit the ground running.

Watching everything come together from strategically preparing the home, to getting into contract under the average days on market, to officially closing has been such a rewarding experience. We received multiple offers on the home, and I’m incredibly thankful my sellers trusted me through the negotiations and strategy process to help position them in the strongest possible way.

One of the biggest moments throughout the transaction was the appraisal coming in at value, further confirming that our pricing strategy was accurate from the beginning. Pricing a home correctly matters, and this was another reminder that strong preparation, market knowledge, and strategy truly make a difference.

What started as an “as-is” sale quickly turned into navigating FHA repair requirements and guidelines, and my sellers stepped up immediately to make the needed repairs so they could protect their equity and maximize their profit. I’m so proud of them for trusting the process every step of the way.
