A major new neighborhood by Richland Communities continues moving through the development process, and one of the approved phases could bring 394 new homes to Menifee.

According to publicly available planning documents, this phase is expected to include:

🏡 117 Traditional Single-Family Homes
🏘️ 123 Single-Family Cluster Homes
🏠 154 Townhomes/Condominiums

That’s a total of 394 new homes planned within the larger Cantalena master-planned community, which is expected to include parks, paseo trails, pedestrian pathways, open spaces, and amenities designed to create a walkable neighborhood environment.

What’s even more interesting is that the overall Cantalena Specific Plan is reported to include approximately 935 total homes, making this just one phase of a much larger community planned for Menifee.
