My career in real estate first started in 2004 with Coldwell Banker ABR in Murrieta CA. I devoted most of my free time prospecting at a small kiosk in the middle of a local outlet. I was so determined and hungry for results I would engage anyone who gave me the opportunity. With my outgoing personality, my fearless determination, and genuine interest in helping families realize their dream of owning a home, it eventually paid off. I became rookie of the year at my brokerage and my career was escalating. From then on I maintained my rank in the top 10 agents list year after year until 2008 when it all came to a standstill. Like millions of Americans I found myself without any work. I eventually lost my home and had no choice but to go back to the drawing board and reevaluate my options. I decided to push forward and adapt to the changing market. In 2009 I joined a team of agents who specialized in bank owned properties and short sales; the experience in itself gave me knowledge and taught me many valuable lessons. More than ever my mission became to help families in financial hardship. In 2011 I assembled a team of like minded people that shared the very passion that guided me. I’m proud to say that my team and I helped over 200 families. 2013 I joined a company who helped me develop a new but old approach of cold calling, door knocking among other things. a couple years later I became one of the first agents for the company I work for till this day I continue to learn and grow my brokers buy wholesale and rehab properties so helping beginner investors and families are what I focus on.
By putting my clients needs first and always treating them with the utmost care and respect I have earned the most valuable compliment in the industry. Referrals! As they are the main source of my business. But I don’t stop there; I created a system for selling every home that I put out on the market. Cold calling, door knocking, networking mixed with the newest and most relevant TECH tools in Real Estate always ensures I get the job done!
