My house in Palo Alto needed mold remediation, and needed to be renovated or sold to a builder. Julie and Jaime collected all the data I needed to decide which way to go given the condition of the house, and then helped work out what renovations would pay off in the market. Their recommendations were spot on! They found appropriate builders, painters, landscapers and electricians and coordinated everything, working with my schedule as I cleaned the place out.
