When inventory is low, and my buyers are anxious to find their dream home in their dream neighborhood, I send postcards. With targeted marketing, I'm hopeful of identifying sellers who've been on the fence and would appreciate the ease and reassurance of already having a buyer in place.

*4 bedroom preferred or 3 with a office / 2+ bath
*2 story is a must for one client, single level is ok for the other
*updated enough to be move-in ready
*walkable neighborhood
*no hills
*one buyer is focused on anywhere between Burlingame and Redwood City, the other is Redwood City/San Carlos
