Our dedicated staff works behind the scenes and throughout the community to create a welcoming, comfortable, and well-maintained place. Get to know the people who help make The Heights a great community for our residents.

Joe | Property Manager

Joe has been part of The Heights team for four years and is excited to serve as Property Manager. His favorite thing about Menomonie is how welcoming and friendly everyone in the community is.

Casey | Community Assistant

Casey has been with us for 5 months at The Heights! Casey loves Menomonie’s beautiful trails, Devil’s Punchbowl, and exploring the area through wildlife and nature photography.

Laur | Community Assistant

Laur has been part of The Heights team for four months! Her favorite thing about Menomonie is the beautiful preservation and presence of nature throughout the community. She enjoys being part of The Heights and getting to know our residents.

Elizabeth | Community Assistant

1 month at The Heights! Elizabeth loves Menomonie’s winter traditions, especially the Christmas lights on the island by the library and ice skating around it.

The City will be distributing free bottled water to city residents who are experiencing low water pressure. City of Menomonie residents can pick up water at the City of Menomonie Community Services Shop at 621 11th Ave West (near the Hwy 29 bridge over the Red Cedar River) on Thursday, July 16, from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. Limit of one case of water per household while supplies last. Enter the parking lot via Wilson Ave West and follow signage.

Press Release | City of Menomonie Water System Low Pressure Event [July 14, 2026]

The City of Menomonie is responding to a low water pressure event caused by exceptionally high water demand during the current hot, dry weather. To help restore and maintain reliable water pressure throughout the community, the City has declared a full lawn irrigation ban, effective immediately through August 1, 2026.

City staff are actively working to restore full pressure to the water system and will continue providing updates as conditions change.
