We had THE BEST listing appointment this week for a beautiful Colonial. We wanted to remind you that we would love to come over and chat about listing your home - these meetings are so important. We want to know everything about YOU and your goals, why you love your home, where you see yourself ending up, etc.
1) Listen
Often, agents will come in and start rattling off all the things they can do to get your home sold. Instead, we think it's most important to hear from the seller first - to learn what's most important to them, to hear about the home, and understand their goals for the sale.
2) Explore the home
With a walkthrough of your home, we begin to understand what you love about it, its unique features, and its selling potential.
3) Market data & suggestions
We'll take the information shared in our first meeting and get to work on gathering information. We will compile market trends and recent sales to provide you the latest information on your home’s value. We will also provide suggestions (our pre-listing checklist!) that will help prepare your home for market.
4) The selling game plan
With the above in mind, we'll develop a strategic marketing plan to highlight your home’s strengths, price it right from the get-go, repair and stage as needed, grab high quality imagery and video, and ultimately attract the right buyers.
5) Your resource and advocate
When we work together, you’ll receive complimentary, easy-to-follow guides, friendly guidance and expertise, clear communication, checklists, and resources that will provide valuable insights and answers to questions about the selling process - plus our cell numbers, so we are always a call or text away.
