I look forward to helping you achieve your homeownership goals. I’m a dedicated real estate professional who believes buying or selling a home is more than a transaction, it’s a major life moment, and it deserves care, strategy, and honesty. With over 5+ years of experience and multi-million dollars in closed sales, I’ve built my business on trust, clear communication, and results. I proudly serve Ashtabula County and surrounding Northeast Ohio communities, helping first-time buyers, seasoned sellers, investors, and relocating families navigate the market with confidence. In 2025, I was honored to be named Ashtabula County Realtor of the Year, a recognition that reflects my commitment to my clients, my community, and doing things the right way, even when it’s the harder way. I operate with a proven 12-point marketing plan, combining strong online exposure with effective offline strategies like targeted mailers and neighborhood outreach to ensure every listing gets maximum visibility. I also provide full-service support, including trusted lender referrals, inspectors, surveyors, and contractors, so my clients always feel supported from start to finish. Known for being approachable, responsive, and detail-driven, I pride myself on being a steady guide in today’s ever-changing market. My goal is simple: protect my clients interests, deliver strong results, and make sure they feel confident every step of the way. After all homes change, markets shift, but doing right by people never goes out of style.
