Getting Your Home Ready to List
A little preparation can make a big difference! Use this checklist to help your home make a great first impression and attract the most buyers.
✅ Exterior (Curb Appeal)
☐ Mow, edge, and trim shrubs and trees
☐ W**d flower beds and add fresh mulch
☐ Remove dead plants and clutter
☐ Power wash siding, sidewalks, and driveway
☐ Clean windows inside and out
☐ Touch up exterior paint where needed
☐ Clean gutters and downspouts
☐ Store garbage and recycling bins out of sight
☐ Add a fresh welcome mat and seasonal flowers
✅ Interior
☐ Declutter every room (less is more!)
☐ Remove personal photos and collectibles
☐ Pack away excess furniture to make rooms feel larger
☐ Deep clean the entire home
