Happy Monday Morning! The past few months have been a blur for me! My husband & I closed on a new combination investment/personal property at the end of November, just before "snowmageddon," LOL, and had the grand adventure of digging nearly 5 feet of snow away from our home to get things moved, which slowed us down considerably. 😂 Under the circumstances, it took much longer than I had hoped, but we managed to get settled at last! In February, we took a quick trip to Monterey (see previous post) to meet our son, then back to work. Our eldest boy, Nathaniel, got a promotion in February as well, which meant he would need an agent in Indianapolis (where he needed to relocate). I am so grateful for KW's wonderful referral network! I quickly found him a highly competent agent to work with, which was so helpful to the process!! Together, we shepherded the purchase of their new home to the finish line! 😍 Congratulations, Nathaniel & Ashley Chapman, on your promotion and new home! I love you both to the moon & back! 😊 Sincere thanks to Nate Woods, my associate in Indy, for all the assistance that was rendered in making this move happen! Many more things are in the works, and I can't wait to share them as they come along! Sometimes life comes so fast and furious! Our son, Michael Chapman, called us a couple of months ago and said, "Hey Mom, you wanna meet us in Mexico?" I said, "Sure, when do you wanna go?" He said, "2 weeks from now!" 😯 And so we were off to Monterey for a serendipitous visit with our boy, his wife, and her lovely parents! 🥹 It was a wonderful break from the winter! 😅 I definitely want to make this trip again! There was so much to do! Maybe I'll plan a little bit longer,😅😂🤣 though!
