Sometimes finding the perfect fit takes a little time.

These buyers were ready to move up from their starter home and had a clear vision of what they wanted in their next chapter. We looked at several homes, wrote offers, and missed out on a few along the way. It would have been easy to settle, but they stayed patient.

In the end, this home turned out to be the best one yet—and we got it!

A good reminder that you don't have to settle for a house that feels "so-so." The right home is worth waiting for.

🏡 Sometimes the right house is just meant to be.

A few weeks ago, this home on Manhattan Lane hit the market, and we moved quickly with an offer. We were close... but unfortunately, it wasn't accepted. Needless to say, my buyer was pretty disappointed.

Then came the surprise we weren't expecting—two weeks later, the property was back on the market! We acted fast, resubmitted, and this time it was meant to be.

Congratulations to my buyer on securing this amazing home! It's a great reminder that sometimes what feels like a setback is really just a delay in getting exactly where you're supposed to be.

Now we're looking forward to a smooth closing and an exciting new chapter ahead! 🎉🔑
