She has consistently achieved individual sales between $20 and $30 million annually and has been recognized as a top sales leader at First Weber and among the Milwaukee Real Estate Community. since June 2009 and has been a licensed realtor since August 2007. he has accumulated career sales of $310 million and 750+ transactions from June 2009 through December 2022. In that time, Emily has been directly servicing Ozaukee, Milwaukee, Washington, and Waukesha counties and also has an extensive network of great referrals for surrounding counties and out-of-state relocations. In fact, 85% of her business is generated from referrals from past clients, her circle, and referrals from other agents she has worked with over the years, and 95% of her buyers worked under a Buyer Agency agreement. She has extensive experience with many complicated aspects of the real estate business, including but not limited to environmental issues, creative marketing, contract negotiation, effective inspections and thorough testing, appraisal process, financial packaging, timing of buying or selling, staging in preparation of a sale, multiple offers, and complicated closings. Emily received her Undergraduate Degree and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in Finance and Real Estate. She currently resides in Mequon, WI, with her husband Ryan, daughter Elizabeth (10), son William (8), son Theodore (5), son James (almost 2), and Cockapoo Lola (12, old pup). She was born & raised in Mequon, WI, and is a graduate of Homestead High School.
