A chance conversation led to the perfect buyer for the iconic Art of Joy property in downtown Cedarburg, WI. Despite multiple interested parties, we navigated a complex transaction that set a record sale price per square foot for commercial real estate in Cedarburg’s business district.
One of the biggest challenges was preserving the liquor license, which meant finding the right tenant, in a limited time period, to honor the legacy of the space and benefit the community.
