A quick refresher on our community guidelines to help keep our 55+ neighborhood looking its best and running smoothly:

🐾 Pets: Advance written management approval is required before bringing a new pet home. When outside, pets must be on a short leash, supervised, and kept off neighbors' lots. Always pick up after your pet immediately!

🚗 Parking: Park strictly on your designated driveway—never on the streets, gutters, lawns, or in unoccupied lots. Keep cars, motorcycles, and golf carts clear of the roadway. Guest spaces are for visitors only!

🏡 Selling Your Home? If you plan to put your home on the market, you must file an Intention to Sell form with the front office before listing it.

Hello neighbors! We have a couple of important announcements regarding new security upgrades around our community facilities and our upcoming monthly meter reads. Please take a quick moment to review the details below:

🔒 New Biometric Access Control Systems
We are pleased to announce the installation of new Biometric Access Control Systems at the entrances of the Clubhouse, pool/spa, and fitness center.

These advanced locks have been installed to provide enhanced security, peace of mind, and convenience when utilizing our shared community spaces.

👉 Action Required: Please stop by the front office during normal business hours so our team can help you set up your fingerprint for seamless facility access!

⚡ Meter Reads: On June 11th, personnel from Metering Specialties Inc. were on-site conducting our monthly gas and electric meter reads.

🚜 How you can help: Please ensure that the area surrounding your meters is completely clear of debris, parked vehicles, overgrown landscaping, or any other obstacles.

We deeply appreciate your community cooperation in helping our vendors maintain fast, safe, and efficient service!
