📋 Quick Reminders: Keeping Sierra Portal Beautiful & Safe! 🏡✨

A quick refresher on our community guidelines to help keep our 55+ neighborhood looking its best and running smoothly:

🐾 Pets: Advance written management approval is required before bringing a new pet home. When outside, pets must be on a short leash, supervised, and kept off neighbors' lots. Always pick up after your pet immediately!

🚗 Parking: Park strictly on your designated driveway—never on the streets, gutters, lawns, or in unoccupied lots. Keep cars, motorcycles, and golf carts clear of the roadway. Guest spaces are for visitors only!

🏡 Selling Your Home? If you plan to put your home on the market, you must file an Intention to Sell form with the front office before listing it.

Thank you for your fantastic cooperation in keeping our park pristine! If you have any questions or need to grab a form, stop by the office to chat. ☀️🕶️
