Filming this on April 22, 2026, and Mercer Island is finally waking up 🌸

We’ve got 50 homes on the market today - that’s the highest inventory we’ve seen all year.

What really caught my attention though?

Just 24 hours ago, we were sitting at 42.

That’s 8 new listings overnight!

That’s the spring market kicking into gear in real time.

For context, last year we hovered around 65 homes for most of the year, so while we’re not there yet, we’re clearly trending up.

The big question now is: do we climb another 10 homes…or 20?

No crystal ball here - but I do know this: if you’re a buyer, this is your window.
