In my country, purchasing a home is the biggest event in one’s life which people normally only experience once in their lifetime. But here in America, as people move from one stage of their lives to the next, so do their houses. People are also constantly making changes and updates to their homes to add value, function, space and more. I would like to help you any stages that you are. はじめまして。日本は関西出身の丸山美樹です。
同志社大学法学部法律学科卒業、本田技研工業購買部門での職務を経て、同じくホンダで働く元パートナーの駐在で米国オハイオ州へ。
オハイオに渡り2年ほど経った時、ご縁あって現地の日本人リアルターのアシスタントとして働き始めたことがきっかけで、アメリカ不動産の世界に飛び込みました。
自分と同じように駐在でやってくる駐在員と、そのご家族のお家探し。ご入居物件の管理をする毎日。
目の当たりにしたのは、お家のことでうまく大家さんと話せない、やってきた工事の人とコミュニケーションが取れない、土足でずかずかと家に上がられても止められない。病院に電話を1本かけるのも怖い。アメリカに住むのが嫌だ。そんなふうに、言葉や習慣の壁にぶち当たっていた多くの人たちでした。

私も同様に、英語が全く話せずに渡米しました。そして同じ経験をしました。
だからこそ、私は不動産を通じて誰かが困っていることを解決したいと思っています。
お家というのはあなたがまた明日を元気に迎えるために、帰ってきて安心できる場所であるはず。
