We bought a fixer upper! 🏡

A bit ago, I stopped by an estate sale where the owners of this home were selling the items left behind by their deceased relative. After chatting up the owners, I learned that they were planning on selling the home. I had to have it!

In my favorite neighborhood in Seattle, just blocks away from my first home, I couldn’t help but love the Cape Cod charm. It’s going to be a TON of work, but in the end it will all be worth it!!

This will be and I’s first home together and I could not be more excited to start our marriage in this darling Cape Cod.

We’ll be documenting the renovation process so stay tuned :)

It was a long short trip for this amazing young couple!

Lon and Natalie are relocating from Mississippi and needed a home STAT!

In 3 days we toured 14 homes and quickly snatched this one off the market getting it for LIST PRICE in an epic neighborhood!!

I am full of gratitude for their trust in me representing them on this important milestone 😊 I wouldn’t have a job if it weren’t for my wonderful clients.

We are engaged! 😊

A few weeks ago I proposed to and she said YES! 🙌🙌🙌

Truly I am the luckiest man on planet earth 🤠

We’ve been sitting on this for a few weeks just enjoying each other and our engagement with close friends and family. The amount of love and gratitude I feel for this woman on a daily basis is endless and I can’t wait to begin this new chapter with my favorite person in the whole world.

2021… What a blessing!!!

This was the toughest/best year of my life thus far!!

Without a doubt, I owe it all to the amazing people in my life. A huge thanks to my clients, to Hannah, my family, friends and colleagues for trusting in me, supporting me and full-stop providing the massive amount of joy I experience on a day-to-day basis.

They say “if you do what you love, you'll never work a day in your life,” and while I don’t believe that (because there are certainly days where it’s WORK) I would not change a thing about my life whatsoever.

A few milestones I am grateful for:

🏠 23 Real Estate Transactions
🏡 Helped my folks sell my childhood home & purchase their forever home
🛠 Tore apart my house & earned an Associates Degree in DIY from YouTube University
📚 Dove deeper into my faith & joined a joyous Church Community
🏋️ Joined a CrossFit gym ()
✈️ Traveled to a few new cities
💒 Celebrated MANY weddings including one my best friends
🤠 Enjoyed loads of quality time with my favorite people
🛻 Bought a work truck!

I’m Grateful!!!

This December has been much busier than I expected! I have nothing but gratitude and thanks for my clients who trust me with the biggest decision of their lives. As you can tell, I LOVE working with first time homebuyers 😊

These last few months I’ve helped young people buy their first investment property, young couples tripling their quality of life and clients closer to retirement find a home they can enjoy all for themselves.

It’s been a wonderful Fall and early Winter and I owe everything to my clients, mentors, family and friends. And God of course 😎
