The lake view is one thing, knowing what’s beneath the surface is another. 🌊
At our Holmes Point waterfront listing, the private dock and deepwater moorage deserve a closer look.
We measured the dock and water depths to help buyers better understand what this stretch of Lake Washington has to offer, including 7.4 feet at the boat lift and 16.8 feet at the diving board. Something worth knowing about Lake Washington: its water level is managed through the Ballard Locks and typically fluctuates approximately two feet throughout the year. Unlike saltwater waterfront, there are no daily tides to account for, making the seasonal water-level range an important consideration when evaluating private moorage.
