Some of our favorite moments happen long after move-in day.

Last week, we welcomed homeowners, friends, and the JayMarc team to Marc's home for an afternoon of connection, conversation, and community during Seafair.

Watching homeowners meet one another, reconnect with familiar faces, and build new friendships reminded us why these gatherings matter so much. While we take great pride in the homes we build, we're equally grateful for the relationships that continue long after the project is complete.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the afternoon so special.
