Since 2006, I have been actively helping clients just like you achieve their dreams. I recognize that any real estate transaction often represents your largest financial investment; I have developed a strong skill set -one which allows me to guide clients successfully through the buying and selling process. I have a reputation as an agent of integrity that is built on my commitment to always putti

ng my clients’ need above my own. I was born and raised in Seattle and know it inside and out-which is exactly what you want in your buyer’s agent. My knowledge of the area, including neighborhood amenities, is in valuable in your home search. I love working with buyers, and there’s nothing more rewarding than handing someone the keys to their new home. I have solid strategies for sellers, from a comprehensive marketing plan to negotiating the final details of a contract; I am a skilled listing agent. With advice on topics such as suggested repairs or renovations and staging that will help you attract top dollar for your home my expertise can make the difference between your home sitting on the market …and selling. As an experienced investor, I bring an abundance of knowledge, professionalism, and topnotch service to each and every client. Because I have investment properties myself, I understand the complex needs of the investor client-and the skills to work with them. When not working, I enjoy an active life in the Pacific Northwest; The Special Olympics is an organization that is near and dear to my heart. For many years, I have volunteered as a coach in their basketball, track and softball programs.

Football season is back, and there’s a lot to watch for from the Seahawks this year! As team is heads into a new era with a change in ownership, many of us in Seattle will also be looking to see how they build on last year’s championship run.

The preseason gave the team a chance to evaluate depth and new additions ahead of a regular season with plenty of expectations. After a busy summer for Seattle sports, it’ll be great to see how the energy continues into the fall. Let’s go Hawks!

The Seahawks wrapped up their preseason with a tie in Kansas City, but despite underwhelming preseason results, Mike Macdonald likes where his team is at heading into the season.

Now pending — the kind of Seattle home that gives you a little bit of everything: historic 1919 character, peek-a-boo Portage Bay views, a great location near West Montlake Park, and plenty of room to work with.

With 4 bedrooms, a detached 2-car garage, vaulted ceilings, multiple outdoor spaces, and a private balcony overlooking the water, this one was a special opportunity.

Excited to see what’s next for this home!

Seattle had a summer to remember!

Between the World Cup, a busy waterfront season and a steady stream of visitors, the city saw record-breaking crowds this summer. Downtown alone welcomed more than 3.7 million unique visitors in July, exceeding pre-pandemic levels.

For those of us who live here, it’s an exciting reminder of just how much Seattle has to offer. The energy of a city matters when you’re choosing where to live, and one of my favorite parts of this job is helping clients find the neighborhoods and communities that make Seattle feel like home.

The city is having perhaps its biggest tourism season ever, with other encouraging signs, according to the Downtown Seattle Association.

Now available in Capitol Hill!

This 1916 Craftsman duplex offers two spacious 3-bedroom units, each with hardwood floors, in-unit laundry, a full bath, and its own garage parking. Add sunny western views, outdoor space, and a location close to restaurants, coffee, transit, and South Lake Union, and there’s a lot to work with here.

A compelling opportunity for investors looking for a well-located Seattle property with flexibility and long-term potential, listed at $1.3M.

New homes may actually cost less than an existing home right now. And that’s opening up a window for you to get brand-new for less.

If you want a list of new home communities near you that are currently offering incentives or doing price cuts, let’s connect. That way you have someone in your corner helping you get the best deal possible.

Most people think a newly built home costs more than an existing one. But right now, that’s actually backwards.

Buying a home is a big decision, and it should never feel like a race to the finish line.

I’m grateful to Robert for trusting me to take the time to understand what he was looking for and help him find the right fit. Thanks for the kind words, Robert! It was a pleasure working with you.

The rest of the world may feel unpredictable right now, but the housing market doesn't have to. Prices, inventory, and rates have all found solid ground.

If stability is what you've been waiting for, it's already here. Let’s connect if you want to talk through what that means for your move.

A recent survey from Talker Research asked Americans to pick one word to describe how 2026 has felt so far. The winner? Stressful. And honestly, there’s been a lot going on.

This year, keep an eye on your mailbox for something special!

I’ve put together a little “Birthday in a Box” for past and present clients, with a few surprises to celebrate their special day. One of my favorite parts of this business is that the relationships rarely end when the keys are handed over — and it's a true gift to get to share in so many milestones along the way.

Here's to the people who continue to make this work so meaningful!

Come by this weekend to take a look at this special 1919 Montlake home!

Set just steps from West Montlake Park’s waterfront walking trail and offering peek-a-boo views of Portage Bay, it's a view you'll want to see for yourself.

Inside, historic character meets plenty of opportunity to make the home your own, with timber beams, hardwood floors, mullioned windows, and open gathering spaces. A spacious primary suite upstairs features vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, wrap-around windows, and a private balcony overlooking the water.

With 2,180 sq ft, four bedrooms, a bonus loft, unfinished basement, deck, patio, and detached garage, there’s plenty of room to envision your next chapter — in one of Seattle’s most sought-after neighborhoods, adjacent to the Seattle Yacht Club and minutes from UW, Seattle Children’s, the Arboretum, and Broadmoor Golf Club.

Seattle's food scene is always growing, and this summer is no exception. From neighborhood pop-ups to new cafés and international flavors, there’s a fresh round of recent openings to add to your list.

Exploring a new restaurant is also a great excuse to discover a part of the city you haven't visited in a while. Which spot are you checking out first?
